01. Can you provide an estimate without seeing my vehicle?

Providing an auto estimate without personally viewing a customer’s vehicle is possible, but to receive an accurate one an estimator will need to see your vehicle in person due to possible underlying damage not clear from photos.

02. How do I get a rental car while my vehicle is being repaired?

Contact your adjuster or insurance provider if you have filed or plan on filing an insurance claim. It is possible for certain claims where your insurance company is directly billed.

03. Who do I pay my deductible to and when?

After your vehicle is repaired, you pay your deductible to the repair shop. This is typically at the end of your auto’s restoration process.
